The Executive perspective

Each workshop is based on one of Dr Little books.

All the books are based on the same science, but the perspective in implementation changes depending on the position in the company. The CEO for example, 'see' it differently from the CFO, and both see it differently from the senior HR person. Hence, each book offers the unique perspective of applying the technology from the specific position.

Due recent events all Executive workshops are now conducted via Zoom and tightened to four (4) one hour zoom sessions, with break between as decided by delegates.

Delegates can be from different companies, and in different countries.

The tightening has proved effective and improved the short sharp impact of the workshops at stimulating executive action that improves result.
