  • Coaching/consulting: Provision of all necessary training and consulting support enabling fullest use of the OPD.
  • Development of the internal OPD team as appropriate consisting of Master User, OPD Coach, and OPD system administrator.
  • Six monthly reviews with senior team in relation to audits and tactics arising from the audits.
  • Annual strategic reviews with senior team in relation to annual budgets and the application of OPD to improve on the projected profit result.
